Congratulation to all who participated in our annual traveling teams tryout.

VCSC is pleased to announce it's team roster for both U12/13 & U14 teams for the Fall 2010 Spring 20111

Next Steps:

1. Both Teams meeting Sunday July 25 9 am at the complex

2. New player:  Bring with you

    2.1 a copy of certified birth certificate (not returnable)

     2.2 a copy of front & back of current health insurance card (not returnable)

     2.3 Click on the link below to open and print the medical release form.  Form must be completed and signed by both family and player Medical Release Form

     2.4 Uniform size jersey and shorts - cost below - sizes are AS, AM, AL, AXL

            Required: Maroon jersey $45, White jersey $45, Shorts $26, Socks $FREE first pair    

            Optional: Team Bag $20, Extra socks $10 or shorts $26  

3. New and Returning players

A check for both fall and spring season total $400 plus uniform cost.  Payment plan is available below if need to

   Payment #1 $200 + uniform cost at sign up Sunday July 25

  Payment #2 $100 on or before August 25

  Payment #3 $100 on or before Sept 25
